<p>Okay please try the following. </p>
<p>1) Disconnect everything from the printer.
2) Recconect all cables and add paper.
3) Power on the printer.
4) Install the CD (or see b<em>)
5) Attempt to print
a</em> If you do not have the CD please say so and i will help locate a copy if you wish, or go through step b*
b* :
1) Hit start > control panel > printers and faxes > add a printer (right click on folder in 98 i believe)
2) Follow the installation setup and reply with results. I will be back in the morning.</p>
