Yes! My son was accepted today into the Moody College of Communication! So excited as I am from the Ckass of 1985 and am a Life Member of the Texas Ex Students Assn.
I got admitted into McCombs today! Super elated.
What major u apply for @Shadowsych
And are you auto
Computer science. I’m not auto-admit. My ranking was top 14%, but my school doesn’t post rankings.
CS is one of the hardest major to get into at UT. (It’s been getting better and better in the past few years)

Since you don’t have auto admittance, it is obviously going to be harder. If your test scores are really good (1500+ or within that range or 34+) and if u have some CS related ECs you would definitely have a chance. Don’t be worried about not getting a decision early. Only 10% of applicants got in and almost 90% of all who already got in are auto. Usually it looks like engineering and CNS take a little extra time when deciding upon non auto and oos.
I myself got accepted to CS this last Friday. I honestly didn’t expect to be notified this soon. I had a auto and really good test scores and some decent to good ECs. Honestly their wave system is quite random.
Good luck to you and hope u get some good news quick.
Hope this helps
Thanks for the information. Could you chance me, and I could even chance you back for any other colleges you’re applying to?
got into CNS
