I started seeing this error when accessing via Chrome. Works fine in IE
“Notice: Undefined index: token in /var/www/cc_auth/src/Hobsons/MSSSO/Bundle/SimpleSamlBundle/Security/Firewall/SspListener.php on line 37”

The support teach is diligently working on fixing an issue that currently prevents some members from accessing the site. In the interim, please clear the cache (as that might solve the issue for you). Thanks for bearing with us!
Try clearing cookies associated with collegeconfidential.com in your browser.
I am having this problem big time–no access on my android. It sounds like you are working on a solution short of clearing cookies or cache, which I am reluctant to do. I can read CC on my pc in the meantime. So is my understanding that you will fix chrome access correct?
@ smdur1970, I was able to clear just my collegeconfidential cookies (did this both on chrome for my computer and safari for my phone) and then just logged back in per usual with no further issues. I didn’t want to clear all cookies/cache, but deleting just the collegeconfidential info was all that was needed.
@smdur1970, we are not aware of there being an “Android” issues. I am able to use Chrome on both desktop and mobile. Can you send me a screenshot of the error you are getting at sorini@collegeconfidential.com? Thanks!
Just a heads up that, for some, it wasn’t as simple as clearing all or part of cache/history.
Just sent a screenshot from my phone, Thanks
Thanks, @smdur1970!
The team says the Chrome/Android issue is due to caching (as users are able to log in on other browsers). Here are the steps one needs to do to clear cache and remove cookies:
1- go to your phone settings
2- get to the list of all apps installed on your phone
3- pick your browser
4- you should see an option to manage the storage for that app click on it
5- now you should see a couple of options: if you click on ‘Free up Space’ you will delete all cookies and other cached items on your phone from that app; if you click on ‘Manage’ to clear cache and cookies only for College Confidential
Still can’t access on Chrome. IE is slow and Norton is giving me a suspicious site message.
Still can’t get in on ipad with app, but can through the safari browser. Get error other have referenced.is there no longer an app? I guess I could have had it a long time. Clicking on icon takes me to CC but get error when try to sign in or even get to sign in page
@scmom12 and others, in case you didnt know, there’s been more talk on all this here:

Good luck.
^^yep been reading both threads but still can’t get in on iPad
I did exactly this and it did nothing to solve the problem. Still getting the annoying “oops! Error” message. I sent a screenshot of the message to you too, fyi.
I am sorry, but it is clear this is an issue on CC’s end, not the users.
