<p>I can log into my VIP site for Duke, but when i try to log in the Financial aid one, it comes up as the ID not even existing.</p>

<p>I assume you’re an ED admit wanting to see your financial aid checklist.</p>
<p>Are you sure you’re using the right username-password combination? The Username/NetID should be the email address you used when applying, and the password should be one you picked yourself (i.e. not assigned to you by Duke). When logging in to check your financial aid checklist, you shouldn’t be using your VIP login.</p>
<p>My son (RD candidate) received a reminder e mail yesterday because he still has not logged onto the financial aid site. They referred him to an email they sent him in early January that contains instructions on how to create your financial aid password. He was able to locate the old email in his trash and log in.</p>
