<p>Carroll University in Wisconsin. Looked up that exact same thing for someone else! No ACT/SAT needed either and they look to have generous aid packages (need and merit).</p>

<p>It is a million miles from everything and has very very few students. D got emails about soccer from them so I looked. Far SW tip of the state.</p>
