It's past 6 AM and I'm still awake... I slept until 1:30 PM yesterday. For some reason I'm always tired during the day but really hyper at night. I don't feel tired at all right now.

Yes... I've developed the odd sleep pattern of going to bed around 9:30pm and getting up by 4am.

I'm a night owl. I'm not tired during the day and am usually pretty productive, but at night I'm really active (not productive though).

My roommate sleeps very irregularly, usually fitting in a bulk nap of 4 hours in the afternoon and taking a couple 1 or 2 hour naps at other times during the day. It's really strange- and irritating when I come back from class and I can''t see anything because the shades are down and the lights are off.

I'm relatively nocturnal... definitely not 6 am, but I usually stay up until 2-3 am studying and doing homework.

Oh yeah - i'm always up late at night. Usually until 0400 or 0500, then sleep until 1200 or 1300. Works well for me :) But I work 24 hour shifts, so maybe thats part of the reason my sleep schedule is so messed up.

I never go to my first period and I'm earliest class is at 5 so I stay up till 4 and sleep in till 2pm. It's awesome actually, end of the month I have 2 new classes but there at 3 15 so I can still sleep in.

note the time of this post.

i don't sleep much. not because i can't, but because i don't like to...sleep is like a mini death...time when more productive/meaningful/entertaining things could be done.

i don't like to stay up late, but sometimes it seems like i get more tired when i get more sleep, and i'm more awake with less sleep. oh well, can't really help it. can't relive high school anymore. had the most consistent sleeping schedule.

Yeah this morning, I had posts between 3 and 5am approximately. I've been doing my homework between the hours of 1 and 5am. Go figure. :o

2:57 AM (well, it is fall break here... but this is pretty normal to be honest)

I actually write better essays and get homework done more easily in the late night - that's probably because during the day, I'm always thinking "well I can do this later" so my mind is only 50% focused, while at 2 AM I'm thinking "I better finish this fast so I can get 5 hours of sleep tonight" so I'm 150% focused. but right now my hands are freezing to death because it's about 50 degrees in my room... so I can barely type. not a good sign :)

college students are generally like that
I'd say before exams cramming nights,e veryone is a night owl

i'm not a night owl by choice...it freaking sucks when you can't fall asleep

above poster... i suggest tylenol PM's for this problem.

Also I'm a night owl! I love staying up late and absolutely hate the mornings. My neighbors are so loud though and thats the reason I can't go to sleep early even if I want to.
