Can someone help me with my homework :. I have to write up an ending to "Continuidad de los parques" using the imperfect. How do you use the imperfect in a sentence? I'm so confused. errrrr

That's when you refer to something that happened in the past with no definite date or time specified that went on for some time.
Endings: -ar verbs: -aba, -abas, -aba, -

More examples might be:
Cuando you era bebe, you jugaba.=When I was a baby, I played.
Ella escuchaba a la cancion.=She listened to the song.
Ellos bebian (with accent over i).=They drank.

i read continuidad de los parques in class last year
is that the story with the guy whos writing the book/living the story? or am i confusing it with something else

era pretty much means was and you can use it with preterite (spelling?) like you can say "Yo fue al tienda era muy interesante."="I went to the store it was very interesting." like you can use era to describe it.

Yes, era may sometimes be used as the past tense of ir depending on the situation.

woah i read it last year too!
