Sounds redunent but you could check the Student Center Online to see if you’re missing anything. I’m still processing my Dependent Student Federal Verification Sheet.</p>

<p>my Brusar bill says that I owe around $300. But my student center says I owe $20,000+. What does this mean?</p>

<p>@bobaboy - same here. I would go with the Bursar one because the StudentCentre one probably doesn’t reflect any financial aid.</p>
<p>I thought I was missing my FA package too. Remember the tentative package you were sent a long time ago? Apparently, if they don’t send you a new package, it’s the same as the one you received before. If you weren’t ever sent one of the tentative packages, then I would definitely call the finaid office. However, if you did, and have not received any other notification, then it’s probably the same as it was before.</p>

<p>If I were you, I would definitely call the financial aid office. That’s weird that they still haven’t contacted you and school starts in like a month.</p>
<p>I called two days ago (Monday): They said Cornell had already reviewed and finalized my financial aid (same that I had in the original fin aid letter), but it wasn’t in the computer yet. You should be fine, but call if you need to have peace of mind (with over $25k on the line, no one’s going to blame you haha).</p>
<p>I have not received mine either. I called them and they still haven’t reviewed my financial information, even though my application was complete months ago. I’m planning on paying roughly what I paid last year and adjust the amount on the next bursar bill.</p>

<p>Call them, they suck at life. I just called FA about something else and they told me i was missing something even though it isn’t listed on jtf/studentcenter.</p>

<p>However, when I log into my bursar account, it’s there, so you might want to check that too.</p>
<p>Ok my bursar account shows that I owe 400+, but Student Center shows that amount to be 25,000, but I think this is just a lag in the system.</p>
<p>However, the weird thing is that Student Center says that I’m missing the FAFSA. But since I’m Canadian, I didn’t need to file the FAFSA (due date July 15 fyi).

<p>What do you guys mean when you say “bursar account”? Do you mean the financial activity tab in JTF? I’m going to be a junior and I’ve never heard of this before, ha ha.</p>

<p>It’s strange that your NetPay would reflect your financial aid while JTF does not, because they usually end up printing the bills before financial aid is disbursed. They don’t update those, you would think JTF would be updated more frequently.</p>
