I'm not really interested in a tutor unless I know it's worth the money. Has anyone tried this company?

I read in another thread that generally smaller tutoring companies are better than Kaplan etc. because their tutors are more trained. I'm not sure I want my family to spend the money on a tutor unless someone can actually give me a review.

I'd like to know if Ivy League Tutoring is any good, too. The SAT prep tutors/classes that are around me suck, as seen with my brother who took one of their courses and did terrible.

According to the site you posted, several kids have gone up hundreds of points. If such a feat has been reached, I may have to check out if I should seek assistance from this company.

It's only like 4-5 testimonials and before/after results, and it could just be the result of those 4-5 kids practicing a lot at home as well as with the tutor. I also don't know how much it costs yet.

i used. my score increased significantly. its a really expensive tutoring company, but you cant simply rely on the tutors to increase your score. you also have to be willing to put the work in, because you really only get what you give. they assign weekly quizzes and homework and its an overall helpful program. id recommend it, but it is pretty pricey.
