Anyone into the College of Engineering?

guys, dont fret abt the ratio - its not like the college of engineering is behind a prison wall, closed off from the rest of campus. ull just have to look within the other colleges cornell has to offer.

anyone else going to diversity hosting weekend?

I got a likely letter a couple days ago! I also wrote about alternative energy sources in my essay :P Did anyone else get the Irwin and Joan Jacobs Scholarship?

HEY!

yeah, i did

which kind of confused me

cuz i'm like.... uhhhh... i don't think this is right, but oh well

I did as well. Got in through Likely Letter, 95-99% sure I'm going to Cornell, but can't say quite yet. Majoring in Computer Science.

got a likely letter--pretty sure that's where I'm going.

GIRL in mechanical..so yes, we do exist.

im in 2..bt confused between cornell nd Penn..

I'm in. And, from what I see, I think I'm the only one even thinking about Engineering Physics.

From what I can tell (if I go to Cornell), I'll do Engineering Physics or Computer Science.

From GA and I got into the CoE. :)

I got in (I'm from Florida, by the way). Planning on Computer Science.

My friend who lives in my neighborhood applied ED to Cornell and got in. Maybe we'll be roommates.

i got in...aim me at snixsnipe2004

who do you want to im you?

I got into cornell engineering too. I'm still trying to decide between cornell biological engineering or johns hopkins biomedical engineering. Anyone have some advice? What would you choose?

I'm also in the same predicament. Should I do biological engineering at Cornell or Johns Hopkins. I didn't apply to the biomedical engineering at JHU though, so I am kind of leaning towards Cornell. I need to visit campuses throughout april. Has anyone visited campus yet.

Oh, I'm from North Carolina

I'm from CA.
This is really difficult, I was leaning towards Cornell, but I found out JHU has a 5 year program for a masters degree that undergrads can go into their junior year, so now I really have no idea which one to choose. I guess it'll all come down to visiting campuses, they both cost about the same...I didn't get any scholarships or financial aid from either.

I got into Cornell Biological Engineering

I'm also in. CompSci hopefully :)

I was just looking at the cornell map in the packet they sent us..it looks like all the dorms are soo far from engineering..just exactly how far do we have to walk...

Walking in the winter is going to be killer. I think Texas is a pretty chilly place to live. I'm gonna die in NY

yunii... well you've got luck :) I live in Europe, so I still haven't received the packet :( I wish I had it already, waiting is killing me.
