people who've taken it before?
any ideas - did your teachers tell you cuz i know my teacher told me but i forgot the numbers

From what I've heard, for the Physics B, you need 33% for a 3, 50% for a 4, and like 68% for a 5. This is according to my teacher.

I took AP Phys B last year, totally bombed the multiple choice, aced the free response and walked off with my 5.

how many MC do you think you got wrong?

2004's free response was so easy, compared to the other years. mc was about average.

this year, there will be 7 free response questions now. and they might be harder.

plus they will raise the scale.

65% = 5
50% = 4
33% = 3

Aznballerlee where did you get this information? Teacher who grades exams? Simply conjecture?

teacher analysis. in 2004, they tried a the 6 question frq. people did very well. thus, they will bump the curve higher.

collegeboard already stated 7 quesitons for frq.

for physics c last year a score of 49/90 was enough for a 5 on em and a 54/90 was a 5 in mechanics.
