Anyone know how much of AP chem is stoichiometry?

my son loves stoichiometry but not much of the other parts of his current chem class. anyone know? i seem to remember chem as mostly balancing etc. thank you!

Yeah stoichiometry is quite fun! I took Chem last year and if I remember correctly stoich showed up around Unit 4 and carries a forward a bit in terms of Le Chatelier’s rule and adding catalysts / heat / acids / bases and that kind of thing. In AP Chem, balancing equations is an essential skill but you do go a lot deeper than that. It was my favorite course last year so I’d definitely recommend taking it.
