Anyone know if Brown takes SAT Rush score reporting? thanks lots.

For December? Or November?

it does. if you applied early you had to rush a november score - by now might be too late but it's worth a try
(I know this because I didn't know this until today. I read things on CC about needing to rush-report November scores but I went over and over the Brown site and found no mention of it. I finally emailed, got one back today saying yes, November scores need to be rushed, and that it may or may not arrive in time.)
(Yeah I'm happy about this. nottttt)
(ps-rush reporting = EXPENSIVE! no wonder fewer poor kids go to college, it costs so much just to get in!)
(okay I'll stop now!)

so if it says request still pending on the collegeboard site, does that mean it's already sent out and waiting for the schools to process it?

also, from the website:

'Note: Scores from the October and November SAT administrations are sent by two-day priority delivery to colleges for Early Decision/Early Action (ED/EA) program consideration. Most colleges accept October and November scores for ED/EA programs. Please check with specific colleges to understand when SAT scores need to be received to meet application deadlines. Additional score release dates will be provided in late summer.'

I called the admissions office and I believe that as long as the Nov scores get to the board by Dec 1st, they will withhold a final decision..

don't worry about rushing scores, it's another collegeboard scam. you can send them scores even after the application deadline (although that's obviously not ideal) and the admissions office will be fine with it.
