Anyone know if there is anyway to get out of the mandatory 2 year dorming?

<p>I live right down the street from a Commuter Rail stop. My parents aren't as willing to allow me to dorm at the age of 17, which of course is silly. I just want to know if Emerson makes any special exceptions. Thanks in advance!</p>
