Anyone know when admission notifications are coming out?

<p>I didn't send in my application during the Priority Filling Period, just RD.
I tried checking on the website to see when the notifications are sent out, and it said there are two dates (12/16/11 and 2/17/12) but it only talked about the Priority Filling applicants, and how their second decision, if deferred in December, would come out on February 17th.
Does this mean regular applicants are receiving notifications on 2/17 as well...?</p>
