Anyone know when we find out?

how many ppl applied to Ervin here
I DID!
OH WHAT A BLESSING IT'D BE, TOO!

Oh dear... gives up in despair

by honorary scholars do you mean university scholars program?

No the scholarships for the arts and sciences

Compton, Lien, Mylonas, and Moog

given the low number and sheer competition, I think most people can safely consider wash u as a school that basically does not give merit scholarships

Yeah Moog only took 8 finalists out of 800+ also.

When do you think they'll call for the engineering scholarships and the university scholars program?

hmm guess i didnt get any scholarships...

"When do you think they'll call for the engineering scholarships and the university scholars program?"

Yeah, did anyone get invited for either of these??? I applied to both and I really want it :/

JohnC613 - Considering that between the Danforth, Ervin & Rodriguez alone there are approximately 100 merit awards every year, I would say that WashU certainly does give merit awards. Invitations to interview weekend for those programs should be going out shortly.

so, um back to the original question. Will Wash U inform us when the decisions come online or do we have to stumble across the webpage by chance?

YoQuieroTacoBell (and others):

So does it mean that all Moog finalists have been notofie by now? And when is the finalist weekend?

If you haven't heard already, you will know for sure whether you are in fact a Moog finalist or not on Monday when the Moog people will send emails/make calls to the finalists.

April 3rd-6th for the Honorary Scholars, Rodriguez and Ervin are March 27th-30th I believe.

There's nothing on admissions.wustl.edu about it, so I'm guessing they haven't chosen everyone for the engineering scholarships or University Scholars, unless they just haven't updated the site.

Ben, alors. :(

so is that only for moog?

srunni, two years ago my S was notified by letter of his engineering scholarship, it was dated February 25th.

OK, thanks! Hopefully I will be able to check online tomorrow :/

What do you mean by check online? I thought they either call or send a letter.
