I applied EDII and since the app said ED applicants had to request an interview by December 14th and my app was mailed after this date, i didnt request one. my guidance counselor has me really scared because she thinks an intvw would boost my chances a lot so i'd like to email admissions to see if i can somehow schedule a meeting.
so does anyone know who specifically i contact, or if i just email the general admissions office?
any help is appreciated, i dont want to miss my chance. thanks and good luck to everyone

The Vassar website lists regional officers with their contact information, so you can email the admissions officer for your region with your questions.

Here's the page: http://admissions.vassar.edu/contact_staff.html

I hope that helps. :)

hey, i applied edII and same thing w/ me, i sent it in after the 14th and didnt check the box. i dont think the interview is really a big deal though, or so i've heard. idk since im assuming it's too late to request one, i'm not.

thanks a lot, seole! unfortunately that page doesn't tell you exactly how to contact each person but still that was helpful.
i'm thinking it would be sort of tacky of me to request an interview after the deadline so orca, you're right. it's probably not a big loss to go without one.
they'll just have to accept us based on our incredibly well-stocked lists of credentials.. or something.
thanks!

hahaha, but of course! :)

Because of mixups with my application, I had checked the box but they did not receive my app until after the deadline. They wrote a nice letter saying I'd missed it, but not to worry since not having an interview would not hurt my chances.

I got in ED1.

oh that's even more reassuring then. thanks a lot
and congratulations!! i saw your stats in another thread and they pretty much match mine. hopefully ill have the same luck..
