I just received this email today and I'm not sure why I got it. Has anyone else gotten this same email? Hey UCD Admissions can you help me out?

We must receive this information within five days of this message date, or processing of your application may be delayed or canceled.

I'm only in my second week of the six week intersession so I don't know why its asking for my grades. Also, I already submitted my application update last week.

How would that explain them asking for grades for winter term weeks before the term is even over? Sounds like some type of mistake has to have been made.

This doesn't appear to be a communication from UC Davis. It appears to be a communication from the UC application processing service since it was signed without a campus location and the CPID is used. If this message is from a specific campus then it appears they are requesting your winter grades to use in their review; they might be assuming that the winter intersession is complete since most spring semesters are starting. It seems replying to the message letting them know the winter and spring courses you are enrolled in and explain that the courses are not complete.

Ok so I spoke to the UC application processing service by phone and they had no idea where this email came from or why I received it. They told me to do what UCD Admissions said, so I replied to the email letting them know that I am currently taking my winter classes and asked to speak to someone. All I can do now is wait for a response.
