Anyone knows how to convert the GPA in Turkey?

I have a 60 GPA in a 100 scale, and the GPA of the whole students is 65.
Is that good?
How do I convert it to the 4 scale?

and your grade is below the average of your school, so not good at all

Also, don’t bother trying to convert, because most schools won’t ask you to convert them on your own

It is very unlikely that your prospective college will ask you to convert your GPA to 4.0; use whatever scale is reflected on your transcript.
