<p>I'm missing 5/6 of my exam scores. I called customer service and they told me the rest of my scores after I gave them some identifying information. But I called the automated system again tonight to see if my other scores were up and it still tells me I only have 1 score. Should I be worried or will they all show up on my paper report?</p>
<p>I’m missing 3 tests as well. But I think it’s because of late testing. I checked on CB’s website and it said late testing scores could be delayed until August. Hopefully that doesn’t happen…</p>
<p>Why are you worried if Customer Service gave you your scores? And, by the way, you just spent another $8 by calling again…</p>
<p>Just check and make sure. DD had a problem with scores because one year she used her SS# and one year she didn’t. They had two files for her. Make sure that you don’t have multiple files and if you do, have them consolidated.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure I have only one file since customer service didn’t say anything to me about having multiple files. </p>
<p>Also, I used a visa gift card with $9.83 left on it. Didn’t really see much else use for it</p>

<p>No it doesnt. I meant I actually had them read to me again which in retrospect was a dumb idea</p>
<p>^^It didn’t for me, but I had all my scores available. It might tell you if they’re not all available, but I have no idea.</p>
