Anyone now preparing for a rejection?

Well... I thought I had a pretty good chance at all my schools, especially Williams, but now after the carnage that took place this afternoon with the ivy's decisions, i'm definately feeling a rejection from Williams. sigh.

I already was rejected...you still have a chance. Cheer up.

im also feeling the rejection, but i keep convincing myself that it takes a long time for a such a BIG acceptance to get across the country to seattle. ;) who knows? could be.

I like that way of thinking... maybe it takes a long time for a big acceptance to reach so cal too.

What carnage took place with the ivy's?? I missed something??? I am not too optomistic about my s getting in either at this point- I guess preparing yourself for rejection is better than a bad surprise!! good luck!!!

well i think the carnage was just the 90% of applicants feeling the rejection, and in this case it was a personal carnage of rejection. personally i only got one, but am expecting more...

rejected from cornell and duke, i think williams will follow suite

Rejected from Dartmouth after being deferred ED, Yale, and waitlisted at Penn

rejected from dartmouth and duke and gtown.. but i got into cornell at least :D

yea, definitely not too optimistic after the ivies today.

Yes, I am fully prepared.

rejected H, Y, Dartmouth, Brown, Duke. I wouldn't dare expect anything other than a rejection from Williams.

Haha yeah... I expected a rejection from the very beginning, I'm definitely not getting in with my current track record ; ) Oh well, I'm in to one of my favorite schools, and I guess you only need one school to work out. Good luck everyone!

i'm a specialist in handling rejections by now lol

I'm kind of preparing for a rejection. I got into Brown though, so who knows. I just am getting a bad feel from Williams.
