<p>My parents have no idea how i'm doing in school and they know nothing about the school system. So, yeah, I decide everything myself.</p>
<p>I'm with slacker. My parents couldn't even tell you which schools I applied to.</p>
<p>Don't get me wrong, they're awesome and totally supporting and loving, but they (wisely) allow me to run my own life.</p>

<p>arsenalsweep: yeah i got into ucsd, uci (where i am going), cal poly SLO, among others (safetys). ucsd was my dream school and i really wanted to attend but my parents decided i would go to uci. i hate my parents so ****ing much.</p>
