Anyone purchase an ETHERNET cable yet?

<p>For the dorm rooms, is there a specific ethernet cable to buy, or does any brand work well?</p>

<p>An ethernet cord is an ethernet cord. Whether its from ebay or best buy… it will get the job done, there all the same. I would recommend a longer cord though because then you can go anywhere in your room. NYU also has wireless internet around campus.</p>

<p>it’s the same concept as a regular extension cord, they all work the same. Sally is right, definitely get a longer cord unless you want to bring your own wireless modem.</p>
