Yes, there is a virus going around that says it is from fedex.

Some colleges send out acceptances by mail in phases to various geographic areas. Other colleges send out acceptances first to students getting the best scholarships. Some just don’t get all of the envelopes packed in time to send them out at one time.

In any case, don’t panic if you don’t get an acceptance the same day as everyone else.

My d also got the email about the FEDEX. She’s an exchange student abroad and perhaps it means they are sending the packet to her overseas. Sounds like the post about FEDEX for international notification might be on target.

Packet hasn’t arrived to her yet in any event. More waiting!

yea i got a fedex notification through the mail 2,
when i click on the tracking number takes me to the fedex site and everything and im getting the package tomorrow since its reached my country now,
im hoping its an acceptance since it apparently ways almost half a kilogram

S got the Fedex email ftoday here in the UK - sender is AU and letter is described as ‘spring intl. admit.’ Wasn’t aware Spring entry was a possibility but S is thinking of gap year anyway. Weekday only delivery though so have to wait until Monday. Aaargh.
