My D was accepted EA, but there was no mention of any merit aid, or financial aide information. She’s heard back from other schools, just not UofO. (We are in-State, not sure that matters.)
Im oos and was just accepted RD (applied on the 15th) and I got a letter in the mail for getting the Summit scholarship, but havent received a financial package
I got accepted last week and I got an email yesterday saying that financial aid letters will be sent out mid-march
My son is OOS & was awarded $4K per year. I’m not sure they computed his weighted GPA correctly due to an issue with our school district’s course descriptions on the transcript, so I plan to call today. I’m confused about the trimester system & estimated cost of attendance. The total cost of attendance posted is for three trimesters at 15 credits or 45 credits for year.
Yes, a merit award/Summit scholarship. Came a week after the acceptance (last week).
I don’t see anything on my daughters portal about merit scholarship. We did get a letter offering a loan, however. Does this mean she didn’t qualify for any merit scholarship? We are out of state. Her GPA was approximately 3.65 and ACT was 29, Biology major.
I believe that letter was the financial aid statement and included all forms of financial aid including loans and merit aid if offered. I would email or call the Financial Aid office at UO. They are very responsive. Your daughters statistics would appear to qualify her for an Apex scholarship at $4,000 per year https://financialaid.uoregon.edu/apex.
