Anyone send in AP scores yet?

I took APs in 09 and 10. I called and got my numbers, and the person said I have to fill an archive form since the 09 is too old, and the 10 one will be available online next month... No other way to send it. WHAT? So how would you even get that AP score in on time for the 15th...

Email your admissions officer. It is not our fault, and most transfers are affected by this move by Collegeboard. Don’t worry. My admissions officer told me that I didn’t have to send my scores in if I knew I wouldn’t need them on my record (I already took the university equivalent courses). They can be accommodating.

I sent my scores back in mid-May. I tested in '08 and '09. I emailed to CollegeBoard a question about the archive request form, and they told me that neither exam dates have been archived yet and that I should just snail-mail a written request to have my scores sent. Here’s their reply:

So since June 14 passed, '09 scores are now considered old, and you’ll have to wait till July to send your scores. And based on this email, you don’t need an archive form since the '09 scores (now old) are with the '10 scores (still active), and all reports are cumulative. I didn’t send an archive form (just a written request with a money order), and last week both my '08 and '09 scores showed up online as received. Although it’ll be passed the July 15 deadline, I’m sure the admissions officers will be understanding. You could just email them about the delay.

if my ap scores are on my high school transcript and I send those in, will that be okay instead of getting them through college board?

^ I called UCB and asked this same question and they said that it would be fine. I would ask your officer just to be sure because they can be a bit picky sometimes. For example, I have my official score “certificate” thing, but they won’t accept that because they want the score sent specifically to them from Collegeboard.

For UCSD you need an official report.

Asked and apparently you can fax a written request already, but will not be processed til like the 5th I believe. What you need:

Fax to 610 290 8979 , you can also mail it but don’t know where, call em.

Name
Your address
Gender
DOB
Year of last exam (report is cumulative so all other scores are also sent)
AP #
4 digit College Code
Name, City, State of College
Name on Credit Card
CC # & exp.
Signature of CC owner.

It’s 15$/college, 25$ for rush processing.

Hope this helps someone.
