I go to a large state school so I don't personally know the dean or the advisors. Thus, the "ratings" and "evaluation" sections of the college official's report will be left blank. I called the schools and they said it was okay. Has anyone else run into this?

The only section they filled on mine was the college official’s name, gpa, dates, school seal, and that I had no disciplinary record. Not even the average, top 10%, 1% boxes.

Its not your fault, I sent mine like that. It shouldn’t be that big of a deal. The professor recs matter more anyway.
