Anyone still no username and password?

<p>I have received the interview notice in early January,but still haven’t got my username and password,it’s already mid-Febuary !</p>

<p>Anyone in the same situation?
emailed the AO 3 days ago, no response…</p>

<p>Same here. I've emailed them twice and they just keeping telling me to be patient - so I'm being patient!</p>

<p>Call them!! I called and got mine the same day.</p>

<p>I agree with everyone here. I called, though it took a bunch of people to transfer me to other people/put me on hold/etc, I eventually got a very sweet lady who gave me my username, and emailed me my password within ten minutes.</p>

<p>Make sure to call before 4 or 5, I think that's when they close.
Although they probably won't be open Tuesday... So call on Wednesday afternoon, if possible.</p>

<p>they close at 5, call them. I called and they gave me my username on the phone and emailed me the password info. They were extremely helpful.</p>
