Anyone successfully transferred from Cal Poly Pomona to UCLA?

I’m currently a CPP freshmen , and I’m interested in transferring to UCLA.
I’ve spoken to the registrar office, it seems like there are very few student that successfully transferred to UCLA.
Is there anyone who successfully went through this path? Or does anyone know about someone who did it?

For CP SLO to UCLA:

In 2015-2016 there were 18 applicants and less than 3 admits.
In 2014-2015 there were 15 applicants and exactly 3 admits.
In 2013-2014 there were 21 applicants and less than 3 admits.
In 2012-2013 there were 12 applicants and less than 3 admits.
