Anyone thinking about an overnight program?

Mainly one on the weekend of Cal day.</p>

<p>Since I live across the country, I'm starting to plan the logistics of everything so the second I'm (POSSIBLY) admitted I can book the plane tickets and the like.</p>

<p>I'm not expecting to get the R/C scholarship, so I was going to do the OSP with the alumni association. Has anyone done this, and if so, how was it?</p>

<p>Also, this year the dates for that fall on the sunday and monday after Cal day. Is it worth an extra $200 for a hotel to experience Cal day?</p>

<p>I am unofficially doing this with my friend who goes to Berkeley on Thursday. I'm spending the night, partyin' with her, and then sitting in on her Roman Civilization class. :) Should be lots of fun!</p>

<p>I've sort of done this before. Partied and spent the night. Not really looking at the school or classes, just looking for some fun. :)</p>
