<p>Anyone else trying to lose some weight before next school year? I'm doing Insanity and I'm curious as to whether or not other students are also taking an interested in getting fit.</p>
<p>Not doing anything that extreme, but I am trying to get properly fit again and lose some weight before next year, especially as I’m starting at a new school.</p>
<p>I am Bulking. Seriously. Rugby season is different than weather seasons. </p>
<p>I eat around 2900-3200 Calories a day
Consume 165 grams of protein and 20 grams of fat. I also consume around 120 grams of Carbs.</p>
<p>I work out on a 4 day Brosci schedule
Day 1:
Dumbbell Press
Incline Press
Flat Bench Flys
Shoulder Press
Side Raises
Weighted Dips
Run 1.5 miles
Day 2:
Bent Over Rows
Deadlift
Chinups
Pull ups
Bicep Curls
Hammer Curls
10 minutes of HIIT
Day 3:
Goblet Squat
Weighted Lunges
Side Weighted Lunges
Stiff Legged Deadlift
Jump Squats
Insanity-Cardio Abs
Day 4:
Rest
100 Crunches
2 minute Plank</p>

<p>@kyp; what kind of protein powder do you use? I can’t hit my macros (eating 2200~ cals and 160~ grams of protein a day) unless I have a protein shake, but my whey tastes awful.</p>
<p>I like Body Fortress. It is not the greatest tasting (Chocolate tastes like turd) but is 16 bucks for 25 servings at wally world</p>

- Optimum- amazing yet expensive as you must buy in bulk
- Beachbody- 1$ a serving but has no taste mix with anything
- Muscle Milk expensive has some fat
- Body Fortress Isolate 21$- Vanilla sold at some wally word
- Body fortress Whey Vanilla- I currently use! Vanilla is great. Use 1 scoop, 8oz of 1% Milk, and 1/3 cup of chopped ice and blend.
