Hopefully, you're not really like me. I'm too stingy to dish out $8.00, too scared to call, and too impatient--stingy + scared > impatience-- to wait out two more weeks. So I just complain to my friends about collegeboard's use of snail mail.

Last year I got the envelope in the middle of July. The collegeboard says they're mailing the scores out July 1st. I'm not certain, but I think that's earlier than last year's mailing date. Any of you think it'll arrive within that first week?

In 10th grade I only took one test and had no interest in calling, so I waited for the mail. 11th grade I really wanted to know, so I called. This year I actually wasn't going to, because I didn't care all that much, and I was pretty confident that I did well, so I thought I'd wait. But I told my mother that scores were out, and she was anxious to hear them, so I called. I really like automated phone services.

Im going to wait even though I have 8 scores because

A) one is a late testing score
B) no real need to find out early, would rather save the 8 dollars
c) im superstitious and if I wait for some reason I do better
d) I like running to the mail every day looking for the report
e) I like tearing open the ETS envelope
f) I dont want some "automated b!tch" telling me bad news

i totally forgot you could call.. wow you can get them early huh. but no, i was planning on them coming in mid-july bc then i'd be gone off at camp and the worst my parents can do is yell at me over the phone :D.

I chose to call, because I wanted closure ASAP as I don't wish to be anxious for another 3 weeks. I want to enjoy my remaining vacation, and move on.

I kind of wanted to call, but my parents weren't really in favor of it. I guess I've given enough to the College Board already this year (PSATs, 3 SATIIs, SATs and 2 APs adds up to a lot of $). I hope they actually mail out the score reports on July 1 like the website says!

I paid for my ACT but I'm way to scared to pay for these tests. It's not that I think I did bad but it's definately easier to see your scores on paper than to hear them on the phone.

College Board doesn't deserve my eight bucks...
plus I only have one AP test-US History (and it looks like everyone is getting a 4/5 on this one)

I only took one test, which I already paid $82 for and I know I didn't do so well, so no, I'm not paying to find out my scores when they are going to be mailed to my home for free. I can wait to hear the bad news.

If I took a late exam will all of my results come in the mail in August, or will I get the other ones in July? If they all come in August, I'll call for the 4 I took at the regular date.
