<p>Like what exactly? just look at the last years admit profiles to get an idea of what you’re dealing with. It’s hard to say whether or not you will be admitted. by the way, UCLA will be admitting more out of state students next year, which means less in state. So it might just be more competitive to get in next year.</p>
<p>I think you got in. Materials Eng. isn’t a really popular major so they have less strict admission requirements.</p>
<p>I got into UCLA last year as a Materials Engineer. Your test scores are higher but my GPA was better. Everything else is statistically the same pretty much. I’d say you are in because there’s barely anyone in MatSci. Write a good essay because that’ll make or break you.</p>
