<p>As the others have said, your GPA is just too low for UCD. You will have a shot, but not a great one. These would be better options: UCSC, UCR, UCM</p>

<p>21.8 percent admission rate in that GPA range, about 58 percent admission rate in that SAT range, with the trend being GPA is weighted heavier than SAT. Given other factors (especially first gen.), YMMV.</p>
