Anyone want to read/edit my essay?

<p>I recently wrote a college essay, but I'm not too confident about it. I've tried to clean up any obvious mistakes, but I would love if some of you experienced parents took a look at it! My mom isn't much help because she usually has the "everything you do is amazing" attitude towards me because I guess she's scared of hurting my feelings. However, I really need some tough love right now because this essay needs to be done well!</p>

<p>Some applications ask you specifically if you had anyone provide feedback on the essay at all. I do not believe that you should solicit feedback in this manner for your own protection and integrity. It is your essay! However, that is just my opinion.</p>
