<p>because first of all, there really isn't that many singles and secondly, do you really think somebody lucky enough to get a single will give up their privacy to live with a roommate? i really don't think so... they'd have to be out of their minds...</p>

<p>^ or hurting for money and want to get something slightly cheaper, but personally, I would get a lesser meal plan and eat ramen than give up a single</p>
