<p>yea, im happy i got one. so how does the corporation one work exactly? I think my parent’s company gives NMScholarships, so is my parent supposed to notify their company, or does NMSC look into that stuff for me?</p>
<p>Back in the fall when you filled out the NM paperwork/application, they asked about parents’ employers. It was a small section on the application you may just not remember.</p>
<p>CanaryK: Today, I asked about the April 7th due date. You will not lose the award if they do not have it by that date. They would like them asap so that you can be included in the announcement of the scholars. </p>
<p>If you are concerned, phone them. They are very accessible.</p>
