You haven't heard back yet because you don't go to an Ivy and your resume is not impressive. FYI, working in ops/ getting coffee for the janitor does not count as "work at a BB i-bank last year."

What school you go to/your test scores aren't the only thing that matters. I go to Johns Hopkins with a 3.91 GPA but got a 1360 on my SATs. I interned this past summer at Merrill in Global Wealth Management but at a local office in Baltimore. I have my phone interview with SEO this coming Wednesday so I'm a little nervous for it but I definitely don't think test scores are all that matter. They want to see your extracurriculars and that you are a well rounded person and that you would fit in/work hard with the program..

I go to a state school, ranked around #50s or so on the US News rankings

I have decent extracurriculars, and I applied to S&T

I'm assuming that my chances of getting an interview offer are waning.....if I don't hear back by the end of this week I think that's about it
