<p>Is there anyone here who had their admission rescinded because they did not receive your official transcripts even when you requested for your official transcripts before the deadline?? When you wrote in to appeal, did you send in a COPY of your receipt of your request of official transcripts, or was it the original copy of the receipt itself?</p>
<p>I have a receipt dated all the way back to June. But I got a cancellation letter from UCSD. I made a copy of my receipt, went to the community college i'm in, showed them the receipt, and they told me they haven't processed it. To save myself some money,(since only the first 2 copies are free) I told them to cancel the request (on August 2nd). My original receipt was in the staff's hand at that moment, and then the staff drew a line across the receipt and tried to keep it despite me telling her that i needed it to do an appeal :(</p>
<p>I managed to get it back, but right now all I have is a copy of the receipt, and a crossed out original receipt on it. I'm planning to send in the copy I have, but if they ask for the original one, I'm not able to produce one without a crossed-out line.</p>
<p>Actually, were there any post-appeal steps that you were required to complete after your admission was reinstated? Any help is very much appreciated, thank you :(</p>
