Anyone with average SAT scores apply?

the difference between a 3.8 and even a 4.1 is only 300 points when you think about it...so it's not that big a deal, imo

I applied with a 1790 in the SATs. :(

CAN WE STOP TALKING ABOUT SAT's?????? THERE DONE WITH AND HEARING ABOUT YOU PEOPLE GETTING OVER 2000 GETS ME MORE ANGERED. WE WILL APPLIED, STOP TALKING ABOUT IT AND JUST ENJOY YOUR SENIOR YEAR. GOSH!!!!!!!!!

I'M DONE WORRYING WITH THESE SCHOOLS!

Even if your SAT and GPA are not that high, if you are low income, first generation going to college and from a single parent family, you have a good chance of getting into UCSD because you get 300 points for low income, 300 for first generation and a few hundred for single family... that's like adding 1000 points to your SAT! Is it fair? depends on whether you are URM or not.

I applied with a 3.3 UW GPA and 1840 SAT's. I'm pretty sure I'll be rejected, but who knows? Everything is coming to an end... Don't worry too much about miniscule things like who got accepted with 50 more SAT points than you did or .1 better GPA. Everyone is different here; and we'll all get accepted or rejected in the same way.

Enjoy your time as a HS student while you still can! :D

finally someone who agrees with me, LOL.

GO RWT, :)

I got into the zone when I got the engineering letter, but I don't think I'll be enjoying senior year until I'm sure my grades aren't going to slip and I get official acceptance letters.

4.1 UC GPA

1870 SAT I :(

SAT II's: 770, 720, 610

OOS
