Anyone with experience with Foster admissions?

<p>I think I have no chance for EAG but what about UAG?</p>

Personal Statements are really strong. Also, gives reason for low first quarter grades. First Generation college student.</p>

<p>If you don’t apply for EAG you have a 0% chance of getting in. If you do apply you have something greater than that. I would apply, it won’t hurt.</p>

<p>You have a chance at UAG but usually they look for applicants with at least a 3.5 overall GPA. Any chance you can retake math 125 and ace it?</p>

<p>mmm. I’m just not very good at the higher level math. I got a 3 in AP Calc and was just too ambitious during my first quarter when I decided to take Math 125. The first part of the quarter was not bad, as it was review from AP Calc. I probably ended at about a 2.9-3.0. But then during the second half of the quarter when new stuff was introduced I just could not catch up. I could not drop the course because all the hard stuff was AFTER the drop date. Once I fell behind I could not catch up, hence my low grade.</p>
