If so, include decision, stats, etc.
Not here, however if we are lucky they may go out in the mail this Friday. Last year’s went out on Feb. 10th I think.
Nervous. SAT is 1300. Out of state. Do you think I’m ok?
1320 here, so in same boat @goodjob
Son is OOS 1350 - his friend heard in December with a yes SAT 1360 so there is hope!
A 1360 SAT is a 31 ACT, which means he qualified for scholarship. A 1350 is a 30, which is safe. A 1300 is a 29 and a 1320 is also a 29 which is also good and pretty safe but not high enough for direct scholarship (people who got earlier admission).
Not sure about those conversion numbers. These are the most common I have seen online:
1390-1410 is a 30
1350-1380 is a 29
1310-1340 is a28
Depends @pkgny2022 . Considering they only gave merit to people with 30 ACT’s (and whatever that equals in SAT) and above, that conversion wouldn’t make sense given @Momtofourkids sons friend got in with a 1360 (which you had as a 29) and he/she had heard in December. Who knows though!
The College Board put together this conversion table from ACT to SAT. I sort of remember that a newer “concordance table” would be coming out from them this summer or fall, but this is their most recent.
36 1600
35 1570
34 1540
33 1500
32 1470
31 1430
30 1400
29 1360
28 1320
27 1290
26 1260
25 1220
24 1180
23 1140
@SoxDog But they didn’t give merit to anyone with an ACT below 30, right?
I haven’t seen anything offcial on that. Not saying it isn’t true, just didn’t read that myself.

+++++
Seems they use a comparable conversion table … 1360 SAT = 29 ACT …
@jkirsy 29 is the threshold for OOS Merit as noted above.
my son has a 1420 SAT, but because he was top 20 in his class and not top 10 he only received the 7500 in merit. You have to remember those numbers only apply for top 10. You need a 1400 to receive the 7500 if not top 10%.
got it. My D got the $7,500 with a 30.
1350 here and also still waiting for decision.
31 act but 3.5 weight GPA No result yet
OOS 1350 and waiting.
