hey guyz, my main essay is pretty much the underdog story of how I sucked at first but then got better as practice went on. Do you think it might be too trite? but then again, I can't end this like I sucked at first and I still suck! ...ah this is driving me crazy.
anyone writing a sport essay?

I was going to but i realized it is a little too cliche....dont do it if you being recruited too cause they already know that about you

there are many athletes that sucked at first and got better (me lol) so i wouldnt recommend it

a story of progress can always be interesting, but can also be very dull. one of my friends wrote a draft of an essay about how he had initially been not so great at football and overtime, gotten better (though not significantly) and in the end he realized it really said nothing about him.

i'd consider a different topic, unless you could somehow take this idea and make it say something your character. don't worry so much over coming up with a topic that'll produce a story about having learned something.
