AP and IB Courses..

If your school doesn't offer them, can you self-study and take the test?
(My school does not offer any AP classes) Also, if I want to take the AP Chem Test, would it be the same material as my cirriculum stuff? And also can you take IB classes online or at a local college?

you can self study as many aps as you want. but there are no ibs online or at community college. aps are all over online or u can just take the equivalent usually easier version at the community college.
ap curriculum is most likely more in depth then what you learn in class but it depends on your school, since it doesnt off APs its classes might be more in depth anyways

You can self-study and take the test, but you need to find a place that administers these tests. If you do self-study, I recommend buying a cheap used textbook with AP testprep guide.

"Also, if I want to take the AP Chem Test, would it be the same material as my cirriculum stuff?"

That depends on whether you cover electrochemistry, thermodynamics, kinetics, (acid-base) equilibrium, titrations, and I might be missing one of the other major AP chem topics.

As far as chemical reactions, I hope you would cover the same material. Same with basic structure, periodic trends, stoichiometry, etc.

You cannot take IB exams unless you are enrolled in an IB class. IB classes are not taught at community colleges or other institutions of higher learning. Some high schools offer IB, and that's the only way. You can visit ibo.org to search for schools in your area that offer IB.
