AP Bio is one of the more comprehensive courses in my opinion. They have an extremely wide variety of topics that they can ask questions on, and most review books simply can't cover them all. If I were you I would just buy the Campbell book off e-bay (I got the fifth edition for like $25) and study it. Also, make sure you study the labs that you can be held responsible for, know how the theory behind the techniques because one of the free response exam questions is almost always in the format: if you were to create an experiment measuring _____, how would you go about doing it.
As for the SAT II, if you do well in AP Bio getting 750+ should be a joke.
