AP Bio and AP Physics 1 at the same time?

I was thinking of switching to AP Bio and AP Physics 1 for junior year instead of AP Bio and AP Environment. This allows me to take AP Physics C as a senior. I’m worried it might be too difficult, but I’m good at algebra and AP Physics 1 is algebra based so I think I could handle it. AP Biology is regarded as one of the easier AP sciences at my school, so it doesn’t worry me as much and I’m definitely set on taking it. Plus, I have the worth ethic to handle all of these. However, is it worth the risk to later discover I can’t handle it? Or should I just keep my current classes? Dropping a class is something I really don’t want to have to do.

I should also add that I will be taking AP Calculus BC, AP Lang, and APUSH at the same time as these.

You’ll be fine. Only do it if you really want to though, because it won’t be fun, and if you lose motivation you will be screwed.

Taking AP Bio and AP Physics1 concurrently is fine. Taking a total of 5 AP classes as a junior is more the question. If you can handle it with your ECs, prepping for SAT/ACT, maintaining your GPA, etc., then it’s fine. If not, consider pushing AP Bio to senior year.

Colleges don’t expect you to take every AP science there is.
