So I'm taking the AP tests for Bio and USH.
also taking the SAT II's for them.

I'm not self-studying, however, I don't think my school is capable enough to "teach" me a 5/750+.
Which books should I buy? Flash cards? How many practice tests should I take? Any advice would be helpful!
Thanks! (:

Funny, you are in a really similar situation to the one I was in last year! I was in a school with not sooooo great classes, and I took both Bio and USH AP and SAT IIs…

Anyway, the books I used were:

Bio: CLIFF NOTES, 5 steps to a 5, REA Crash Course (the crash course is awful, don’t waste your money)

US History: Direct Hits (SOO Amazing!), REA, and AMSCO

I took about 4 practice tests for each one… I started really studying in March or early April.

I took both these classes last year. I think that the Princeton Review, for both, is very helpful, but try to include a little from any other source in case one book doesn’t have it all.
