AP BIO HELP???

i am a sophomore and this year the ap classes that i took were ap european history and ap biology.
Its my teachers first year of teaching AP bio. She hates the subject, and we haven’t done no review what so ever in the class. We are also HALF way done with the textbook. I am taking the Ap exam tomorrow and i have to teach my self half the stuff. Im stressed that i won’t do well and it will affect my career because iw ant to be a pediatrician when i grown up and i want to attend medical school. What should i do?

I totally feel you with the frustration and worry; my teacher, a passionate women when it comes to biology and near obsessive about it, couldn’t get through the AP Bio book either (which I suspect, through friends from other schools and the internet, is a frequent problem) because of our “half-dead” class, so we only got through about a fourth of the book.

From the tips I had from my teacher, I suggest you cram in the important aspects of the subject, such as the cellular processes, the important body systems (nervous, endocrine, and immune), ecology… Know your foundation about biology, the basics, and know it well. Make us of the Big Ideas from CB as a guide. If you have one, use a review book in place of the textbook because the thing is boring as hell. There is Crashcourse, BozemanScience, and other youtube videos. Use the old tests as a guide, and if you’re willing to stay up to cram, try a few questions and get used to the wording and style of the test.
Well that’s all I remember at the moment… [OH, also, don’t skip questions! Even in the FRQs! Just answer, you don’t get point deductions, so just try!]
On test day, eat and DON’T panic. You know more than you think, and you just need to let it lose. “Word-vomit” as a friend of mine said. Good luck!

thank you so much ariel . what main ideas should i look at right now
