AP Bio or AP Environmental?

I plan on taking both AP Bio and AP Environmental as a junior and senior as the last 2 science courses of my non-college life. I kinda know that adcoms and whatnot will really favor AP Bio over AP Environmental, but I hear that AP Environmental has a lot more work than Bio in my school. The teacher who teaches it really makes the class stimulating and frankly awesome.
She knows me and really likes me as a student as well, so I''m def. sure I can get a great college letter of rec from her. I kinda like politics as well, and she said she was trying to incorporate more of that into her APES class' curriculum. AP Bio, on the other hand, is just straight forward taking notes and quizzes with the occasional lab. No more, no less.

So what should I do? Take a class that may be frowned upon, or take the class that's actually more work and really intriguing?

Take the one that will be the most interesting and stimulating to you. You will probably do better and the political thing might give you a chance to do an EC you find really interesting. Just make sure you get a 5 on the exam-the course is a lot easier (as far as the AP exam) so make sure you do well!

I have a lot of friends who got really into environmental stuff after taking that class and I think it changed their approach to everything. It also gave them a lot of stuff to talk about on college apps.
