Which should I do? P.s this is for senior year next year?
AP Psych is very vocab based. If you are a strong at memorizing you will do well. Bio is tough, but if you like the subject and are fascinated, go ahead. Many people take both classes simultaneously, and there can be some content overlap, depending on how your class is structured.
I haven’t taken AP Psych yet but I’m taking Bio this year. It’s a very challenging course in my opinion, if the teacher at your school is prepping students for the AP exam well. Like the comment above, I’d say if you’re passionate about biology, go ahead. And even if you’re not, challenging yourself and trying to tackle the course load will probably impress colleges. However, if you feel that you won’t be able to handle it well, then it might be better to leave it be.
